Elliott Eye Doctors - Foxboro

This past week I went to Elliott eye doctors for an annual exam- I was in need of new contacts and glasses. I have been going to an eye doctor for 30+ years and the experience I had with Dr. Elliott and team was exceptional. I had a last minute cancellation with my babysitter and had to bring my daughter. The staff was so friendly occupying my daughter as I was getting my exam done. The staff was efficient, well trained, and quickly took care of the initial part of the exam before seeing Dr. Elliott. Dr. Elliott took her time and listened to my concerns with my previous prescription and provided me with samples to make sure I felt comfortable with a brand before purchasing a year supply of contacts. I then I was able to pick out a pair of sunglasses and glasses. The staff was very helpful by pulling glasses that they thought would fit my face. ALL of this was done in under an hour and with a 1 year old smiling ( thanks to the girls). It is rare to find a small business that has staff that are all knowledgeable of the inventory provided and have such positive personalities!! I highly recommend switching to this location if you are in the area!!!!

I had my first appointment at Elliott Eye Doctors today and they are fabulous! Everyone was so nice, the exam was very thorough, and I love the frames that I picked out. Leah was amazing and even brought out some frames that were not on display to help me find the perfect pair. If you need an eye exam or new glasses, I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Dr Elliot and her Awesome Fantastic staff. They are great Kelly, Brianne and everyone. Wonderful Personality warm and outgoing. Great selection of glasses. Close to home which is a benefit as well. I can't say enough incredible things about this great office. I now know what Mariah Carey meant from her past song Vision of Love lol.

I’ve had great experiences with Elliot Eye Doctors and the Optical Shoppe. The doctors are attentive and I haven't had any problems with the prescription for my glasses or contacts. The administration is organized and the customer service is great when it comes to picking out frames.

My husband and I had a great experience with Dr.Esposito. We also brought our young daughter for an appointment and the staff was very accommodating. Devan and Amy were very helpful selecting a pair of glasses. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

Elliot Eye Doctors is a very friendly and professional facility. I have been going to them for many years now and have never had an issue. Amy is excellent and very personable. She always makes you feel very welcomed and ensures that you walk out with the best deal on glasses or contact lenses. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

The staff and doctors here are very kind and professional. Everything is always clean and on time. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff as well, being from the south it’s nice to feel the smiles behind the masks. I’ve been getting my contacts and glasses here for 3 years now and they’ve always tried to get me the best deals and are very courteous to budgets.

The staff and doctors are so knowledgeable and professional. Office is very clean and nice, it’s like going to a spa. Can’t wait to go back next year! Love my new glasses and sunglasses.

Had an awesome experience at this office! Everyone was helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They ran on time and really took the time to help me pick out the best frames in the end. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

All the ladies and the particular Dr. who saw me went beyond expectations. Erica, who took care of me during the process was phenomenal! It's always nice and rewarding to have a personal experience in these particular visits.

Great experience. Every person I dealt with was very helpful and pleasant. Hard to find a business like that these days. They also explained everything very clearly as it was all very new to me. I will be returning in a few days to purchase my first pair of glasses.

I love this place! I’ve seen every doctor now and I can say that they are all so genuine and fabulous at their jobs. Every time I go it’s a quick in and out with barely any wait time and the staff is always super nice. The opticians also take their time with you to ensure that you choose the perfect pair of glasses. Everyone is so kind 10/10 experience!!

Erica at the Norton office was nothing short of fantastic! I use a motorized wheelchair and she was so accommodating with moving furniture and helping me have access. She was also super attentive to what it was I was looking for - helping me find glasses within my price range and preferred style. She didn't mind helping me try on as many as I wanted until I found my perfect pair! I never felt like I was bothering her. In fact I felt like she was my friend. I had so much fun trying on different styles w her & seeing what she thought! Will definitely be back anytime I need glasses! 10/10 would recommend! I had to come back and do another review because another super nice girl assisted me picking out my new glasses! I'll add her name when I find out. Anyways, even though the physical space is not the most accessible (and the Foxboro location has no accessibility), I voluntarily continue to chose Elliot Eye Care Norton for all my lens needs because of such great service. I've been there a total of 4 times and have never once had a bad experience. In fact, I look forward to going! They always make trying on the glasses feel like a fashion show!

I explained how I was struggling with my older progressive glasses while working at my computer. I told her what I needed to do to use them. She immediately knew what I needed. I couldn’t be more happy with my new prescription. AMAZING! I can see better than I ever have while working!!

Just moved to the area and needed an eye doctor that also carried my insurance. Elliott eye doctor had all so their website said and Im glad I did. Everyone was very helpful and so pleasant. A very thorough eye exam, A nice selection of frames for my Davis insurance. Will be making Elliott eye my new go to for eye exams and glasses.
